Mini Cardamom Krumkake

TASTING NOTES This is the bar that takes us to our childhood kitchen and celebrates our Scandinavian roots. The traditional Krumkake—a thin, sweet Norwegian cookie made on a hot iron, then shaped around a cone—is broken into cookie crumbles and added to our dark milk chocolate. TEXTURE A smooth chocolate bar dappled with traditional krumkake bits, graham and cinnamon. FINISH The flavor peaks with the cardamom and lingers with the warmth of spice and butter of the cookie crumbles.
