Made using our own Certified Naturally Grown heirloom tomatoes, this sweet and savory tomato jam is the perfect condiment. The recipe was originally developed when farmer Cory was working on a new burger dish at the restaurant he ran in CA. Beyond burgers, this stuff makes every sandwich sing!
Great on a crusty turkey sandwich, turning up the tomato on a BLT, or just slathered on crackers with some nice soft cheese. We've received field reports of it being used as a dunk for fresh fried chicken, and a magical glaze on pork chops just about to come off the grill. Its just real good!
