Personalized Charm orders will be shipped or ready for in store pick-up every other Saturday. If needed, please contact us at hello@shopboxturtle.com for exact date.
Other Custom orders will state time-frame on order page.
All other orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
When possible, we ship via U.S. Priority Mail, once shipped most items should be received with 1-5 business days.
