These knives have a gauge of 1.5mm, are made from high-grade stainless steel and the handles are carved from olive wood. Each knife goes through 25 different production stages, and will last a lifetime.
We recommend washing your cutlery gently by hand under running hot water and to wipe it off immediately after. However, most of our products, apart from those with natural wood handles, are dish-washer safe.
